• You will be asked to fill out a brief intake form on your initial visit. Please arrive 10min early.
• If you need to cancel your appointment, please do so as soon as possible. Cancellation with less than 24-hour notice is subject to a $50 fee. 
• If you fail to show up for your appointment or cancel one hour or less, you will be charged in full. 
• If you arrive late, we will work with you for the remaining time, and full payment will be expected.
• A Payment is expected at the end of session.
• Kooma Massage Therapy offers professional therapeutic massages and bodyworks. If you misbehave or speak inappropriately your session will be terminated immediately and full payment will be expected.
